I had a few things I wanted to share with you and you need to look them over… Please!

There’s not  a day that goes by that I don’t get asked:

“What’s FULL BLOWN (the Paid Members Area) realllllllly like?”  or…

“What makes your system work so quick or how is it different from other things on the web?”

Well, the difference is this – it works!

This NEW VIDEO PAGE I put up goes into serious detail as to why the system works. But before you check it out, I want you to do a couple things.

Second… Get a cup of coffee or tea and shut the door behind you and listen closely. The video is extensive but it’s “Rock Solid Info” that every player should know and you owe it to yourself and your guitar playing to know everything in the video!

At a minimum, you’ll walk away knowing why my course works the way it does, why most courses don’t work, and you’ll see a tip or two that can help you in your playing!

A lady recently told me that she felt like my system was literally (and I quote)…

A direct route to where players want to be in there playing without a bunch of hoopla and technical confusion…

She further added…

It’s obvious that you’re not just trying to lead people along as long as you can so you can drain their bankaccount.

The second comment really struck a chord with me (LIKE A Z FLAT).  “Z” intended!

More often than not, that is the case! It’s a case of “Drain Your Bank Account with Minimal Results”!

In most cases, when you take private lessons at a music store (or where ever), you find yourself just being slowly moved along with minimal results. In my area, private instruction costs about $18-$25 per half hour lesson and after they are over, folks go home and forget what they were shown or at best have a hazy recollection of what to do or how to do it.

That’s how frustration and confusion sets in.

A member recently sent this comment to me.

Here’s what my experience has been, Jerry.  EVERY online instructional site is the best ever, has “secrets” to instant guitar success, and 99% of them SUCK!  As I look at your business model from the outside, your biggest problem is that you tell the truth in an ocean full of liars so your potential customer base is at best skeptical.  ~ Harman

Sad but true… It’s a sea of lies as said by Mr. Harman. The guitar industry runs wild with hucksters (some intentional – some not) pumping out needless information that contributes to BRAIN DRAIN in the truest sense.

The fact of the matter is this… I’m about as transparent as you get. I’m real just like you and I treat you like a human being… not just a number!

In fact, not only do I give you my direct contact information, I encourage folks to keep it handy and if ever they find themselves heading to my neck of the woods, I welcome them to let me know in advance so we can “hook up” at a local coffee shop and talk guitars.

I want to know my students, hear their successes, and just connect.

There are a number of reasons I guarantee my course (UNCONDITIONALLY)  but the three most important are as follows:

1. Character means EVERYTHING to me.

If you don’t have that, YOU DON’T HAVE “JACK”!! I refuse to drag somebody along just so I can have personal financial gain. I’m not wired like that and I don’t understand anybody that is – PERIOD! Besides that, I don’t need it and it’s not worth it to me. My character is worth far more!

2. I want to leave something good behind when I’m gone.

It put’s lead in my pencil to think I can help somebody truly play the guitar – well! I know how much enjoyment I get out of playing and I honestly want to help others know that as well. It lasts a lifetime – if you get it right. Get it wrong like about 90% of all players do and you’ll be STUCK in a a vortex of confusion.

3. And last but not least, I thoroughly understand the the concept of “value for the buck”.

We live in difficult times. If people are willing to take a chance on me, I want them to walk away feeling like they got MUCH MORE than than they paid for. Once you complete “FULL BLOWN”, I’m convinced you’ll agree that you got far more than you ever imagined (or paid for)  and you too will agree with the hundreds upon hundreds of testimonials that pour in regularly.

On top of that, the concepts I share with you are “sharable”. That means, you can literally take what you learn in my course and actually share it with others in your hometown and actually get paid to do it.

Think I’m kidding?

Ask your friends, family, co-workers, church members or whoever if they’d like to get together for about a half an hour on the weekend and learn some neat things you’ve discovered on the guitar.

You’ll be amazed how many folks are seriously interested!

At that point you simply set a fair price and share your new found knowledge with them. Explain that you are (or are not) new at sharing the info but that you have something that works.

A couple people a month and you’re “making bank” and taking my course free. A couple more and well, you get the picture.

I assure you, four months into my course and you’ll have more information in your pinkie than most players who have been at it for years. Share what you know or it will just grow mold! NOT OLD… MOLD!!!

    Hi Jerry. I agree with the other posts above except Ron don,t know what he,s on but it sure isn,t Full Blown ,doesn,t take much grey matter to see where you are comming from and the easy way you explain it The perception of other courses turning you into an overnight wizard of the fret board is just smoke and mirrors.And a way to empty your wallet Anyway you just keep going the way you are mate your doing well.I have found the explainations easy to understand ,practical side takes a little longer so the Email comes in handy to replay till I pick it up.I intend to take up Full Blown shortly.Keep up the good work take care cobber talk soon.Wayne

    I completely agree with you. There are so many sites out there that are created for two reasons: search engine optimization, and to drain your pocketbook.

    Before taking your Bridge course, I’ve typed in search strings looking for “free guitar lessons”, “guitar for beginners”, “learn to play guitar”, and a ton of other strings only to find sites that stated “Learn to play guitar for FREE!! Go from super lame to super star in no time!!” and either had no relevant beginner material, too much talk that took forever to get to anything good, or you had to become a member “for just a low, low price of $29.99 a month”. I understand if you have vast knowledge of any skill, you want to be one of the top people if you’re in it to make money, but when you’re learning a skill, you want to do it at the lowest cost.

    After starting your Bridge course, I thought “This seems too simple. He’s right…there are only 7 real notes and everything repeats at the 12th fret. The only thing is…no one teaches this…BRILLIANT!!” After digging into it further, things started clicking that have never clicked before. I started seeing the neck of the guitar the same way I see my computer keyboard…I can put my hands anywhere on the neck without looking and know what I’m playing.

    I’m happy to tell you, because of the Bridge course, I find myself listening to the radio, hearing a song that I’ve always heard, but never played before, and picking up the guitar and hammering out a version of the song that is very close to the real thing before the song is done…that’s between 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the length of the song. I’ve even gone to the search engines to look up the tablature to see how close I am and 99% of the time I’m missing just a few small things…either that or my version’s more closer to what I heard than what was tabbed.

    Thanks to your straight-to-the-point teaching, I’ve taken my guitar playing to new heights. I look forward to buying a copy of your Full Blown course, as well as any free gems you decide to add to the Bridge course or post on one of your blogs. It’s too bad there aren’t more honest instructors like you out there…the world would be a better place with more musicians.

    Jerry, I’ve been playing a long time(since ’68). Never took lessons and maybe that was lucky. I got the free coarse you offer and it was great. Am looking forward to getting “Full Blown” soon. I have bought a dvd or two from guitar stores and they are ok, but like you said, a little confusing. Thanks for the honesty in a sea of lies. I find it refreshing.

    This will probably not make it onto this blog…but here is what I think is “Truth”. Most sites I have seen, are actaully pretty good in my opinion, I have found nuggets, something that has provided an “Oh…now I get it.” The problem for me about investing in anything is that I have to pay for…it’s not the sites, DVD’s or instructors that suck….I SUCK. Yes, one can develop, learn…but someone has to actaully have a certain amount of God given talent. Sorry…desire counts….but ability, to hear, execute, and create music, vesus just playing some notes, a chord sequence. Some practice, practice, listen, play…and I have yet to see anyhting (because it doesn’t exist), that can give you..”the gift”…and music is a GIFT. Those that have it..can achieve, can excel, can collaboate and contribute with others..If you don’t…it will frustrate you. So ask yourself…if you actually have “it”…before you even consider paying for anything.

    I’m happy to have your comment on the blog. I welcome your participation.

    I agree with you on a number of your points. You’re indeed correct that you can’t force talent up the nose of one that doesn’t have a lick of talent and expect them to be a Segovia in a day or two.

    However, I believe in most cases (not in all) a person with absolutely no talent or ability won’t even have the desire to pick it up and try.

    To say you suck is an open ended comment and hit that I’d challenge to the end… or at least until I knew you had taken a systematic approach towards a goal (in this case playing – not hacking) WITHOUT a lot of diversions and confusion.

    Indeed there are some valuable things on the web. As you have said, many are golden nuggets.

    The issue again comes back to understanding what in the world you are doing with out clogging the brain with confusing theory and mumbo jumbo long before you ever need it.

    My suggestion to you is to try a course that takes you step by step and builds on each block while pushing you to the next.

    In other words, let’s not go 1-2-3-4-9-8-2-12-18….

    Let’s go 1-2-2-3-3-4-4-5-5-6-6-7 etc.. Take a bite, work on it and move to the next logical step. Next go back a half step and recap and add the next step. Go back a half step, recap and move forward again.

    It’s a process that weaves it all together and naturally moves you ahead while refreshing on skills learned and putting them to use for what’s ahead.

    I’m not the only guy in town. But, I’m a pretty good guy to know in town. :-)

    DOES EVERY STUDENT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE BEGINNING LEVEL STUFF OR DO YOU ACCELERATE THE COURSE SOME HOW?
